The TAG Heuer Aquaracer CAF2014 is a refined yet sporty timepiece that blends professional dive watch performance with elegant detailing. This pre-owned model features a black dial with luminous hands and markers for excellent legibility, framed by a factory diamond set bezel that adds a distinctive touch of luxury. Crafted in stainless steel and fitted with a robust steel bracelet, it is powered by a reliable automatic chronograph movement and built to withstand the demands of everyday wear, both on land and underwater.

Delivery and return
  • In stock items will be delivered within 1-3 working days (*usually the same day if ordered before 1pm but this can vary during busy periods).
  • Where size adjustments need to be made delivery is usually 7-10 working days. However if the product needs to be ordered/made to your specification, delivery can be around 4-6 weeks. 
  • If you need an item for a specific date please contact us prior to your purchase so we can advise you on delivery. If you need an item quicker, please ask and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.
  • For a fast delivery and for insurance purposes, we send all deliveries to mainland UK addresses via Royal Mail. We offer free shipping on UK orders over £75 (excluding larger or heavier items). For orders under £75 there is a £4.95 shipping charge.
  • All orders will require your signature  upon receipt. For more information on shipping please go to our Delivery and Returns page.
  • UK (excluding Ireland) Orders up to £100 will be sent via Recorded Delivery. Orders over £100 will also be dispatched via Special Delivery. 
  • Please contact us for International shipping rates as these may vary.
  • Customs and taxes vary in each country outside of the UK. Pease check your own country customs information as the recipient is required to pay these fees before goods will be released from customs. 

 

RETURNS

  • You have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return unwanted goods (goods must be in the same condition as they were received) and another 14 days for us to receive the goods. This means you have a total of 28 days to return an unwanted itemYou are responsible for the return postage costs which must include suitable insurance cover for the item as well as being tracked delivery (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK)
  • Items returned from outside of the UK will also have our customs charges deducted from refunds.
  • There will be a fee of £7.50 deducted from refunds on returned earrings for a cleaning and sterilisation process.
  • If you ordered a ring in the wrong size please contact us as soon as possible to arrange re-sizing the ring with us free of charge, excluding your return shipping charge (small charges may apply for alterations on pre-owned items) Please make sure the ring is unworn as we are unable to size certain designs and will therefore need to exchange the ring.
  • If you have purchased an item by interest free credit and you wish to return the item please contact us before returning to discuss your options.
  • If you wish to return goods which are faulty (manufacturers fault) this must be within 6 months of the date the goods were purchased.
  • Please be aware our insurance only covers items we ship out and it does not cover items sent from the consumer therefore you are responsible for the cost of returning the item including any necessary insurance cover in case the parcel is lost in transit.
  • In the rare event that an item is faulty within the 28days of purchase please return your item via a tracked and insured delivery service (via Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery - depending on the value of the item) and we will refund your postage cost with a proof of receipt once we have received the goods.
