Shipping policy

For fast delivery and insurance purposes, we send all deliveries to mainland UK addresses via Royal Mail. We offer FREE shipping on UK parcels (excluding Ireland) over £75.00. There is a £4.95 shipping charge on orders under £75.00.

Some heavier or larger items, such as premium watches, Wolf watch winders, jewellery boxes, and a selection of pewter giftware, may incur an additional delivery charge due to the size of the package. This will be communicated to you at checkout. Your signature will be required upon receipt.

UK orders up to £100.00 will be sent via Recorded Delivery. Orders over £100.00 will be sent via Special Delivery.

You can also collect from our store free of charge. Please contact us before collection so we can confirm that the item is ready for you to collect.

Standard stock items will be delivered within 1–3 working days once payment has cleared (this may vary, for example, if a ring needs sizing or if the item has been sold in-store).

Where size adjustments are required, delivery is usually 3–7 working days. However, if the product needs to be ordered or made to your specification, delivery is around 4–6 weeks.

Please contact us if you would like an item for a particular date, as we will always try our best to get the item to you within your timescale whenever possible. During busy periods, our postal cut-off is 12:00pm.

Please note that we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch unless you have contacted us in advance for confirmation.

Goods purchased via interest-free finance must be shipped to the same address as the applicant’s account. We cannot ship to an alternative address.

European/International shipping rates and timescales vary please contact us for more information. Customs and taxes vary in each country outside of the UK.

Please check your own country customs information as the recipient is required to pay these fees before goods will be released from customs.
