Refund policy
28 DAY RETURNS
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your item to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us by phone or email within 14 days to let us know you are returning an item.
The item must be unworn and returned in the same condition as it was received. We may refuse a full refund if the item has been damaged or worn. Please ensure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as we require a copy of this with your returned item along with the original packaging. When returning your item to us, please include a brief covering note, detailing the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund, credit note or exchange.
There will be a fee of £7.50 deducted from refunds on returned earrings for a cleaning and sterilisation process.
Personalised items or items made to your specification cannot be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail at info@avantijewellers.co.uk.
Avanti Jewellers does not, unless otherwise agreed, cover the cost of postage (this applies to any postage costs incurred when purchasing and/or when returning the item), and it is the duty of the customer to ensure items are returned safely.
Any customs charges incurred by Avanti relating to returned items will be deducted from the final customer refund amount.
Customers can also return items in person to our store. You will need to bring your original purchase receipt and original packaging.
If you wish to return goods that are faulty (manufacturer’s fault), this must be within six months of the date the goods were purchased.
Damage or customer negligence voids any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policies. If you return goods to us that are outside of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. If the item is subsequently posted back to the customer, then the customer will be liable to cover any costs incurred. If the item is returned again or you refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of the goods as we see fit without further notice.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please visit: www.adviceguide.org.uk.
