Who Can Get Their Ears Pierced?

  • We only pierce customers aged 10 and over
  • Under 16's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • One adult or guest may accompany you during the appointment

Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes, both surgical steel and titanium options are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears.

How long before I can change my earrings?

  • After 6 weeks with standard solution
  • After 3 weeks with Studex Advanced

We recommend wearing straight post earrings for the first 6 months to support healing.

Can I swim or exercise after a piercing?

Avoid swimming, hot tubs, and saunas for at least the first 48 hours. If you do swim, clean and dry the area immediately after.

How do I care for my new piercing?

Clean the front and back of the ear 2–3 times a day using your aftercare solution. Rotate the earring gently (half turns only) to prevent hair from wrapping around the post. Keep the area dry between cleans.

Can I get pierced during the summer holidays?

Yes, and it’s a popular time! We recommend booking early as appointments fill quickly during school breaks.
